The focus of our research is the modeling of genome
structure and function in humans, animals and plants, and microbes,
prevention of food-borne disease, bio-fuel production, bioremediation.
We use high performance computational biology for work with bio-ontologies,
for visualization of biological data, for novel biostatitical and modeling
methods, and for improved efficiency for high-performance biocomputing.
We also develop unique technologies for diagnostics, integration of
genomics, proteomics, and transcriptomics, and for integration of genomics
and medical diagnostic imaging.
